It's that time of year again with summer in full swing, our bear run, Weekend Of Outrageous Fun (W.O.O.F. '08)*, is approaching and fast!
We've taken great individual events we've been doing for years and turned it into a nice small scale relaxing bear run. We enjoy a few bar nights, an afternoon at our local renowned Kennywood Amusement Park, poke some fun at the idea of 'bear contests' while enjoying wonderful entertainment, this year we're excited to have Comedian William Brown join us. Feel free to learn more about William by checking out our Entertainment page. On Sunday during the run, we enjoy an afternoon potluck picnic with games and connecting with friends. And one of the best parts of the weekend, we spend Sunday night chilling out with a Movies and PJs slumber party style social where we snuggle up with pillows and blankets while enjoying fun movies with belly rubs all around. All this at a decent rate that doesn't kill your wallet.

We've got our host hotel, the Parkway Centre Best Western, offering rooms (based on availability) at the special WOOF Labor Day rates of $99 to $109 a night plus tax. *Registration for **WOOF '08 is now officially open!*August 21st is the deadline for registration for the weekend run packages. All registrations after August 21^st will be handled on a case by case basis.
